My Realtor Claude Humbert was extremely knowledgeable with every aspect of my purchase from the lender's side of the business to the Title Company's role. this was an extremely important factor with regards to my purchase particularly because they Lender and Title Company couldn't get on the same page with regards to the Sellers Disclosure paperwork and final numbers. Claude sent a breakdown to both with specific instructions as to how the contract was written and this provided clarity to the whole process saving me over $12000.00 in cash to close funds.
